Delivery & Tracking

At checkout you’ll choose Courier, Pudo, or Pink Patrollie™ (Cape Town only for now).
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and you’ll get tracking once dispatched.
Yes — special delivery by the Pink Patrollie™ is currently Cape Town only.
Keeping them Gooey (Heating & Storage)
Oven: 3–5 min at 165°C
Microwave:10 seconds That’s it. Warm koekie. Happy life.
Best enjoyed within 3–4 days, or freeze up to 2 months for later cravings.
Freeze in an airtight container. Defrost at room temp, then warm for a gooey center again.

Yes — we list allergens where possible in our shop page and on the cookies, but our cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, and soy, so cross-contact can happen.
